Suggested Use

After Workout

Drink one serving of ON Gold Standard 100% Whey within an hour after a workout. Mix 1 scoop (about 30g) with 180–240ml (6-8 ounces) of cold water, milk, or your preferred beverage. Shake, stir, or blend until fully mixed.

You can also drink a protein shake whenever you need a convenient source of protein throughout the day. Protein powder is designed to supplement, not replace, a balanced diet or regular meals.

How much ON Micronised Creatine monohydrate do I use per serving?
Take 5g of creatine (1 rounded scoop) to your protein shake or a glass of your favourite flavoured beverage. Mix with a spoon.

How often do I need to take creatine?
Fast loading: For 7 days, take 5g of creatine (one rounded scoop) four times a day OR 0.3g/kg per day.

Slow loading or maintaining muscle: Take 5g of creatine (one rounded scoop) daily.
