Eligibility Window
Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days after your delivery date.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, faulty, or wrong item, contact us at hello@nutripodtech.com with your order number and a photo. We'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
Accepted Returns (Change of Mind)
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact
- In the same condition as received
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or partially used products
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products without original packaging
How to Request a Return
- Email hello@nutripodtech.com within 7 calendar days of delivery
- Include your name, order number, reason for return and image(s) of the goods in original, undamaged condition
- Our team will respond within 3 business days with return instructions
Important:
- Return shipping is at the customer's cost and risk
- We recommend using a tracked service — we are not liable for lost returns
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Refunds
- Refunds cover the product value only — original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 working days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under Singapore consumer law.
