Are your products on NutriPod Warehouse the same as what's in the NutriPod protein shake machines?
100% Yes!
NutriPod Warehouse carries the same trusted brands available at our vending machines.
You can find your nearest NutriPod protein shake machine in Singapore at this link. Please note that machine access may require a gym membership. Product range and flavour availability varies by location.
Are your products authentic?
100% Yes! All products sold on NutriPod Warehouse are 100% authentic.
We are an authorised Glanbia distributor, and all Optimum Nutrition products come with the official ON SEA authenticity sticker — your assurance that you're getting the real thing, not a parallel import.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- UnionPay (credit and debit)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
We do not offer installment payment options at this time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be amended once placed. If you need to make a change, you will need to cancel and reorder.
Cancellations are accepted before your order is packed and ready for shipping. Once dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Please arrange for a change-of-mind return request, subject to our return policies.

I didn't receive a confirmation email — what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, email us at hello@nutripodtech.com with these details
- Your name
- Your email address used at checkout
- Estimate date and time of order
- Payment confirmation (if available)
Where can I find my tracking information?
Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@nutripodtech.com.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
- Under S$80 — S$3.90 flat rate
- S$80 and above — FREE shipping
Free shipping is based on the product value of your order.
How long will my order take to reach me?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after payment confirmation (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently ship within Singapore only.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 7 days of your delivery date. Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
How do I request a return?
Email hello@nutripodtech.com within 7 calendar days of delivery and include:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Reason for return
Our team will respond within 3 business days with return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's cost and risk. We recommend using a tracked service — we are not liable for returns lost in transit. This is subject to our return policy.
For damaged or incorrect items, NutriPod covers the cost of returns and re-shipping. Contact us at hello@nutripodtech.com with your order number and a photo. We'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 working days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
