Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how you can cancel an order or a subscription with NutriPod Warehouse, and how refunds are handled. It works alongside our Shipping & Returns Policy and is in addition to your statutory rights under Singapore consumer law.

Cancelling a Standard Order
Because we process orders quickly (within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation), cancellation is only possible before your order has been processed for dispatch.
- Before processing — Email us at hello@nutripodtech.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund, including any shipping fee paid.
- After processing or dispatch — The order can no longer be cancelled. Once you receive it, you may request a return under our Returns Policy (change-of-mind conditions apply).
To give your cancellation the best chance of being actioned in time, please contact us within a few hours of placing the order and include your order number in the subject line.
Cancelling or Changing a Subscription
Some NutriPod products are offered as subscriptions, giving you repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely and you are charged for each delivery, unless you have chosen to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term.
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time.
- Open any of your order confirmation emails, which contain a link to your order.
- From there, manage your subscription — adjust frequency, skip a delivery, or cancel.
- Alternatively, email us at hello@nutripodtech.com and we will help.
Changes apply to future deliveries. To avoid being charged for an upcoming delivery, please make your change before that delivery is processed. If you cancel, you will not be charged for any future deliveries, and any auto-renewal will be switched off.
Deliveries that have already been processed or shipped follow our Returns Policy and the refund terms below.
Refunds
Refunds may apply to cancelled orders, approved returns, and items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. The following terms apply to all refunds:
- Cancelled orders (before processing) — refunded in full, including any shipping fee paid.
- Approved returns — refunds cover the product value only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items — resolved at no cost to you. Contact hello@nutripodtech.com with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Processing time and method:
- Once a return is received and inspected, your refund is processed within 10 working days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
- Email hello@nutripodtech.com with your name and order number.
- Tell us what you would like to do — cancel an order, cancel a subscription, or request a refund — and the reason.
- For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, attach a photo of the goods.
- Our team will respond within 3 business days with next steps.
